Vertex Digital Ventures LLC (“VDV”) strives for transparency and fairness in billing.

Service Fees

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• All service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Fees paid for completed services are non-refundable
• Customers are encouraged to contact VDV prior to initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
• Refunds do not apply to services already delivered or work in progress unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at VDV’s discretion in cases of:

• Duplicate payments
• Billing errors
• Services not rendered due to VDV fault

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the billing date.

Partner Services

For services delivered by third-party partners, refund eligibility may depend on the partner’s policies and the stage of service delivery.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
