Where services are delivered by third-party partners, VDV is responsible for billing and commercial coordination, while partners are responsible for service execution.

All content, designs, and materials created by VDV remain the intellectual property of VDV or its partners unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

VDV does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or performance metrics resulting from the use of its services.

Termination

VDV reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or legal/compliance reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, United States.
